Hi guys,
I'm having trouble with a 30watt version ar3500. It is a thermal thing with the SSB. When the rig is cold it rx & TX terrible audio. I had found a bad solder joint on r228 on q37 and thought I solved the issue, but it is still doing this. I have done the alignment and when the rig is warm it works great.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what might be causing this issue.
I'm hopping someone has had a similar issue and found the problem.
