New here and have not come up with a handle I like. Does anyone on cb ever go by their first name like the ham guys do?

Mine is completely made up.

Aughtry 722 (seven double-deuce) AM and SSB. I was given my first CB and figured I Aught to give it a Try, and got hooked. The numbers are the last 3 digits of my employee ID at work.

Was going by WAK223 (made up too) short for western Alaska 223. Until Modsquad had a hard time understanding my call sign. He called me "w something". So I started using "Alaska 223" or 223 Alaska. I can use Mtn Lynx but it doesn't roll off the tongue like some of the cool call signs out there like Modsquad Shockwave or motormouth maul... Lol

I go by 295 or three legged dog a handle acquired a long time ago one long drunken night lol i started with phycho but somebody allready had that handle.

Nothing wrong with using your first name, I've chatted with many over the years locally that do just that. Generally no issue at all, unless parhaps a couple people in your area do that and have the same name, :lol: .
