cobra 2010 help with finding power adjustment

My friend has this Cobra 2010 that someone tuned down to 2 watts, he wants it returned to 4 watts am and 12 watts ssb, we tried to adjust vr10 but it wont go past the 2 watts, info on the net says to tune L47/48/46/45 AND 38 for highest RF power but my eyes suck so I cant really read the schematic, i have found 46 and 45 as pictured, anyone help me out on the location of 47/48 and 38 please ??

I came up with this, it has board number on it so you should be able to tell if it will work for you? Hope it helps.
