Turner +2 internal wiring

#383510

Post by millguy »

I picked one of these up at a local shop, but it's not working. It triggers the radio, but no voice. It's a mess inside and the capacitor is disconnected on one leg.

Does anyone have a picture of the wiring in the base?

you and i are in the same boat on this one. i have 2 of them Turner base mic's. one is a supersidekick and the other a plus3.
the wire insulation is old and coming off. i started researching these awhile back and found a schematic for one,
but dont get your hopes up yet cause i haven't gotten any further. lately i have not had the time to follow up on these.
i dont know what the difference is in the #2 model but heck its better than nothing. i'll see if i can spot it right off.
