D104 to a Galaxy 949

Got blue/shield, red, black, and white. Want to wire it up to a Galaxy 949 stock mic plug. Anyone know the firing order? Preciated in advance.
182 on the SW side of the Sandpile....73's

Should be a yellow wire too but it is not used.
