Ordered a toy from him, shipped the same day I ordered. Arrived quick and well packed.
When I finally had time to try it out today,I went to program it, unfortunately I had my head up my rear and couldn't get it to program correctly.
Sent him an e-mail not expecting to hear from him until Monday at the earliest but he replied within 2 hours and told me to call him and he would help me out.
This is at 7:30 PM on a Saturday night mind you. When he started explaining the programming sequence to me it became obvious I had just plain misread his detailed programming instructions.
You only get one chance to make a first impression and all I can say is he nailed this one.
I will be purchasing more products from him in the near future based on this experience.
