Well yesterday was the case with me and I got online about 8 and sent a message to Michael, expecting to get a response and get with him today sometime.. To my suprise my e-mail was returned within 5 min answering my question.. I responded and said I would give him a call in the AM... He came right back and said I could give him a call right now, that he was still there.. WOW! 8pm at night! Very few businesses will bend over that far to help out thier customers, I was shocked and called him immediately and was rewarded with great customer service and generally a great guy that was eager to talk about my situation and explain everything to me and was in no hurry to get me off the phone..
I just wanted to add another THANK YOU to Michael's long list of VERY HAPPY customers and give him a public pat on the back.. Thanks again Michael and I will definately be doing business again in the near future..

Oh, and he also told me up front there is a delay on the Dave Made amps because they are hand built.. I said I understand completely and I am willing to wait for a quality product.
