Sirio 145 PL mag mount coax

Post by millguy » Sunday, 25 December 2016, 22:12 PM

Does the radio end of the coax come with the removable connector like the Wilsons do to make running through grommets and firewalls easier?

I like the Sirio mount because the coax can be changed out easier than the Wilson mounts. Solder you are capable of soldering a new coneector just clip the original off and run the coax or remove the 4 screws from the mount, unsolder the coax, run it and resolder.
I never liked those connectors that were two parts, the same one was on the K40 mounts, it would come loose and the SWR wouls sky rocket.
