Consider trying this...slip a 16" piece of stiff 1/2 poly pipe about 12" down the top whip after drilling a 5/16 or so hole in the poly.hold it at 16" with 2 small hose clamps above and below the poly but loose eenuff it can spin.Attach a piece of thin wire say 20-21 feet long.provide a support off mast at adjmt. Rings.R
