Where did the amplifiers GO!

Post by slowpoke1w »

I haven't purchased a new amp in a while. Go my guys website where I usually get palomars for friends. No amps. Go to a couple more sites looking anything trucker 2x2879 or a palomar or even rm Italy having what happened? Did FCC crack down on everyone? I know that epowamps got busted. Did everyone else just stop selling or did FCC get them too?

I dont think anyone got busted. Have you looked at our sponsors hereor even maybe xForce?? The FCC states that ISM can have basically unlimited watts if in accordance with the law. This makes a huge loop hole if you know how to work it.

Ok I see what you mean by looking a little harder. Texas star 350hdv on the way,its for a friend. ONLY 9.99 for conversion heck yeah let them do it. That is well worth the money.

I recommended the TNT350hd but all he wanted was TStar that's all I heard for 2 weeks. I'm gonna try to be nice when I show him what my tnt will do vs his TStar. But the delay switch I do like. The amperage meter/ fake rf meter I don't need.

BTW epowamps did get busted. Or at least that's what I read on the internet and you know (they can only tell the truth on the internet)

Depending on your drive they should produce about the same seeing they both use two 2sc2879's.
Either way both are pretty clean amps and do well on SSB.

Yes they are both very good amps, I've used both I like the tnt the best. With the added insurance of the cooling fan I don't mind being long winded. And when I get going I really don't like worrying about hot my box is.
