Can you stack Browning radios or do they have to be side by side. I was wondering cause I know they get warm.

I have seen plenty of them stacked and both ways, receiver on top and transmitter on top, as long as the back of the radios are clear there shouldn't be an overheating problem, if in doubt you could get a couple small 12v fans and run them off a PS. I have also seen 1" rubber feet to change out on the radios so they sit apart a little farther.

Tx Chop...near mint..had to do electrolytics but all tubes are original Browning badged....its near mint and I got the Siltronix VFO working with a buffer amp so we are hangin out LSB 38.5 and lovin it.Thx for the compliment and this ol 421 on the North Shore will be listenin for ya and standing byy.....copy that

What kinda SSB power out were you guys gettin assuming unmodded.Mine is untouched and I'm seein 3-5W voice with 10W on a whistle...any secret to get a little more SSB drive without overdriving audio?
