Skip on new years eve

I was hearing skip from Central California and one from Cheyenne thurs nite while going through Echo canyon in Utah west of Evanston Wyoming. There were 4 calling on 19 and i heard 2 talking on 6. i got heard but not understood on my 29 from a guy in modesto

I always miss the skip when it snows.
at least you got to enjoy it a little.
In summer time skip will be rolling in more.
