I bought a Boomerang 800-P a couple months ago to tinker with and it has 6 tubes. Don't know that much about it yet.

Not necessarily
What type of tubes does it use I'll tell you how many watts it's capable of.

Hello Crossbones Did you ever get any info on the Boomerang 240B? I ve one and also can't find much info.My problem is a small black wire that comes out of the transformer an goes over towards the on/off switch and diodes,it is connected to nothing,do you or anyone else out there nowhere it is supposed to connect exactly ? I know your post is about 5 years old and doesn't look like you had any luck, sure would appreciate any info or guidence. As to the post concerning power output those sweep tubes are happy at about 35watts each plus a 50% increase intermittent for a total of around 45/55 watts per tube ballpark, happy holiday season to you and your family Best regards Warlock
