Help with receive mod on Cobra 29 wxnwst

Anyone have more info on the receive mod for the cobra 29 wxnwst. I know from reading here that it's the same as the 29 LTD. Maybe some pictures of a finished mod. I have located C-12 and the PLL but am still somewhat confused about the positive side of C-12 and #14 on the PLL. Obviously wanting to do this right, I decided to ask here.
I have attached a picture with what I think the correct locations are. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Does anyone have any info on this. I want to try this during the weekend. I;m getting bored. what should I expect and is it recommended to add a switch. it the increase in receive that much. thanks
