voyage vr9000 unlock clarifier mod

So has anyone unlocked the clarifier on this radio??
If so..how??
I found the mod for the galaxy 88...but will it work for this radio...i don't want to screw this one ..lol thansks

Welcome to the forum. The coarse clarifier on the radio is already unlocked so you want to unlock the fine clarifier too?

Yep..I want them to track together. .....I found the way to do it for the galaxy 88...since this radio is a clone to that radio...Has any one tried it?

They are basically the same boards, one is a B and one a C but very similar. This is the mod on CB Tricks, I personally never did one for this radio, [Please login or register to view this link] . After the mod you will need to get an alignment to center up the clarifier knobs.

I will have try it..lol...I will post my results..I will give it a shot and see if it works...I did the swing mod on it and it works awesome. .it is a mod for the 88

Ok so I went ahead and tried it...it worked ! Didn't blow anything up...always a plus!
