Galaxy 94Hp
I have a Galaxy 94hp here and I want to disconnect the MOSFET on the bottom cover another words I want to just do away with all of that and just make the radio a single final radio.

That's OK I figured it out I got it setup where I have a switch on it I can turn it on and turn it off. The radio has four MOSFETs in it and I am not a big fan of a radio with some what of a amp made in it to put out like 150 to 200watts so that was the reason to unhook it the radio is like brand new and the guy wanted $75 for it so I couldn't pass it up for that price

Great deal if radio is working correctly!! Heck of a deal man!! And I like your thinking with the on/off switch. Any way you could post up a couple of pics of it?? Just curious. At any rate. Have fun with it!!

Most times you just tap the sensing lead to the amp with an on/off switch, the amp is still on but it won't key up, sort of like a standby switch, this is better for the amp and a lot less painful at rewiring the power. Always tap the positive lead never the ground when doing this, It is the lead that goes over to R243 at the end of the mirror board, it could be orange, brown, or blue, or any other color Galaxy used that day, the ground is always black in the C290 location.
