I looked under cb 101 and found the Q’s 10- codes but I could not find what I was looking for.
I was surfing a thread and saw
CW
CQ
CSY or something
It was something to do with lsb and usb
So if you kindly direct me to where I can find the definition thank you

CW (continuous wave) is a simple unmodulated signal unlike others which use some form of modulation. By interrupting the signal with a key, Morse code is sent. Thus Morse code is not a mode but, as the name implies, a code which is used to communicate by controlling the CW signal.
To start a contact, call "CQ" or answer someonecalling CQ. A CQ is a general call to get a random contact. Before calling CQ, listen to find a frequency that unoccupied by any other station.
