Mounting question
So I've decided to buy a SWP Gen. Lee from Mike (I'll be ordering here shortly) but I'm not sure if I've got the room for this beast... I have a 2004, 4 door seabring, and I do occasionally have a passenger so I'm wondering where to mount this bad boy. Any ideas from other Gen. Lee operators... or any operators in general are greatly appreciated.

In a car like that you are prolly guna have to mount it like Annie is doing.
I had a 1990 Toyota P/U and thats where i had to mount my radios is to
the glove box door just wasnt any room inside a small vehicle like that now
that i have sold the Yota and got the K-5 there are endless places to mount a
radio. So basiclly i guess im sayin good luck with your install n finding a place to
mount your radio

Do you have a center console? I never seen a General Lee before, so I don't know exactly what the size is, but I know we've had a uniden PRO640 (I think) mounted to the back of the center console. Had to drop it down a little so that the door could come up, but it worked. Might work for you. Maybe if you posted a couple pictures of the inside of your car, we could give some better suggestions.
