P 10k question

I have a dodge ram 1500 crew cab and I am looking in to putting a predator 10k on the truck. Mounting?? I was thinking of using the 3 magnet on the roof with the 9inch 10k, or using the 27inch 10k and mounting it behind the cab center of truck that would put the coil above the roof. Don't know that to do HELP.

well i have 2 vehicles and both are installed in the ways your talkin bout doin and both tuned great on my 87 K-5 Blazer i have a trimag with 9" single coil tuned 1.1 flat threw 40 and on my 99 Chevy dually i have a 22" shaft single coil on an extention pole puts the coil above my cab about 18-20" it tuned 1.1-1 and 1.0-40 so go for it whichever way you choose ITS A 10K WORLD
