During lunch today I was sitting in my truck when one of the guys from the shop came out to the truck to chat. The guys I work with have no understanding of CB radio or Skip for that matter. As the guy is sitting in the truck I was getting some lite skip rolling in. He hears a guy from NJ and then WV. I had spoken to the guy from WV before so I waved a hand and he called back. You should have seen the look on my co workers face. It was as if man had just landed on the moon for the first time. No more doubt about my radio in the shop anymore. Now when I tell the guys I talked up the coast they don't reply "yeah sure". Feels good to get the numbers called the exact time you need them to be.
