Hi folks,
For those who didn't know or who weren't on, there was a major DX outbreak last night on 27.385 LSB...Amid the severe storms that were rocking the Chicagoland area were some high powered DX'ers, mainly from the Southeastern states and that area. I was very fortunate to work the following stations from my modest QTH station here in Downers Grove, IL:
1: 1386-Daytona Beach, Fla.
2: 108-Kennedy Space Center, Fla.
3: 101- South Carolina
4: 664-Louisiana
I also made a few FLA contacts on 10 meters when a net was on.
I can't wait for the weekend when I get busy on SSB for the CBRT DX fest! Booyeah!
