IS THIS WEIRD WEATHER EFFECTING SKIP CONDITIONS???
I was curious if anybody else sees the same thing about weather conditions & skip. I noticed most all around the USA is having bad weather this year, therefore I think its effecting our skip conditions, What do you think??? Eagleman

I always thought it had more to do with solar flares than anything else.

In a word, no. HF Skip is entirely caused by the electrical charge of atmospheric E-layer. Mostly affected by solar activity.
What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

thought so, now I can tell people who think that the clouds affect skip that they are crazy

Sunspots, sporadic-e, cb radio propagation are all good to google. This will help you understand skip and what makes it possible.
