The skip was good last night, I was able to make three seperate contacts in the Los Angeles area (LAX, Venice Beach, and Central Coast) and one in Washington (Castle Rock).
Not bad for my first time making contacts. :bounce:
I didn't write down their info but was thinking that may be handy since my memory isn't holding up.
Does anyone keep a log or map of contacts?
When I was a kid, a friends dad had a world map of all his Ham contacts with little stick pins in it.
I am thinking that may be a neat addition to a wall in the studio/radio room.

Radio 887 from the land of vines and wines Sonoma County Ca
Radio 887 out.

If any contacts are members here please speak up.

It is possible, Like I said memory isn't working great, One person said they were near LAX and I was sounding like a local. Then they said I was making them hungry for wine since I am in the wine country.
I think I will start a log book so I can keep track.
Thanks for posting up.
