What kind of tuning after 621 mosfet final upgrade?

What kind of tuning after 621 mosfet final upgrade?
Just wanted to know what to tell my local CB shop to do to it after I install the 621 final upgrade. I just want to make sure they do everything they need to do, also how much can I expect to pay? Thanks
