I have tried a TRB-2 echo board in a new cobra 29 that has the new audio chip in it. I get an awful background squeel and it just sounds trashy. I have also tried A BR1 with the audio enhancement in this radio and it is clean and clear audio but it has no echo effect as if it had not been installed at all. I have installed these boards b4 in the earlier cobra 29 radios that had the audio chip that has straight legs on it and had no problem. Does anyone know if there are additional steps to do with these new 29's. Please help
