Instead of trying to get every last little watt out of the radio, and taking a chance on mucking it up and shortening the life of your radio's final, turn down the deadkey to less than 3 watts and buy a small amp, mabye a 2 pill, to run with it. Whatever you do to it to squeeze every little bit out you can will not be noticed anyway. That first 100 watts you will get from a small amp will be the most significant difference maker you can add to it. Just my opinion.

it already has a low dead key,but i was told its the same as a galaxy saturn and it will peak at 40-45 watts instead of the 20.I cant run a linear here im in an apartment building and it comes across the neighbors hearing aid lol

I bet 40 to 45 watts would bleed into her hearing aid too. Your antenna is the most important part of your set-up, but I'm going to bet that you can't put one up on that apartment building either.
