General Lee No FM Modulation

Got a general lee blue Mosfet with the big flag and the dimmer. Had the diode swing mod done at the cb shop and about a year later the voltage regulator blew out and the FM has no modulation. had the regulator installed and the AM side works fine but not as much audio as before and the FM has no modulation.
