Finally made it to the south

Finally made my signal heard in Louisiana yesturday for the first time after 20 mins of trying on 27.415 LSB. Ol' Barefoot Galaxy Pluto with k40 . made a contact with a "505" and was so happy..Never have been able to make it much past kentucky ahaha
goes to show all it takes sometimes is a little patience!!

That's pretty much all it takes. a little patience. It was nice to make contact with trapper267 about a week ago out to colorado from ct.

You have been shooting it south and I have been shooting it north...(Ohio, Illinois, Indiana and southwest lower Michigan) from down here in Arkansas. Usually do SSB with a Galaxy 2547. I go by "690 central Arkansas" when on sideband. Nice forum you have here...new today, but been CB'in for about 35 years
