There is information available on the DVD's that is not on the free board. Mostly older radio and amps and some of the gear that is not a popular as Cobra. Maybe they ran out of DVD's?

I joined a while back and I don't have any problem logging in. I like CBRT better.

I'm glad I joined when I did. I am a member or many radio , each one has its pros and cons. I like ones without sponsors just because you can get real info on radio shops, the good and bad. Where as here if you say something bad about a sponsor it will get deleted or you will get band, even if what you said is the truth. But like I said each has it pros and cons. I owe almost all of my radio knowledge and learning to this forum tho. Lots of people were willing to take the time and point me in the right direction. I still wish the forum had not crashed tho, I lost 1500 posts and all of them had good tips from very knowledgeable people.

I think most of us use CBTRICKS like a library. I go there hunt up my information and forward it to who needs it. Every once in a while I'll have to go to the DVD's to get the information. If they have a forum I don't think I've been to it.

Yeah, they have a Forum, but last time I was there, it wasn't getting allot of traffic, so if you posted a new thread looking to get help with something, you may not get a response for weeks...And even then it probably wouldn't be the answer you were needing.

I emailed the administrator of that site a few weeks ago offering some documentation for some CB models that were not posted on the site and have not heard back from him.

Is is possible that the administrator has taken ill? A lack of response is not a good sign. That site is his passion.
