I have a Cobra 21 GTl and it doesn't have any TX/RX on 6,10,16,20,26,30,36,and 40.
Doea anyone know what is wrong with it?

Fixed it. Just like one of the other threads talked about.
Expected that the pattern of 6's and 0's would lead to the PLL. Just re-soldered the suspect points and bingo.
