Any one know the trick for the secret so called SuperSlider mod to alter the way fine clarifier works? Would be nice to lock it to tx and rx along with the coruse. Thanks

No 98vhp listed wonder if it is the same

I believe it is the same board , the only difference is the amp section making the 98 a HP radio.

Looked over the radio there is no r141 in a 99vhp a 99v has it but not mine. Thanks for trying.

Looks like removing R113 and D68 then powering F1 with 8 volts
That look right to you MD? also looks close to the dx2517 EPT690010C

The Galaxy DX95T had that "SuperSlider" feature, a front panel switch over the clarifier controls, it switched out the RX/TX-RX on the fine control. For some reason I can't get the schematic to download on my computer, it gets about half and stops. It looks like it is as simple as moving the sweep constant voltage like the 959, the circuit has the same VR7 in it as the 959, compare the schematics and see what you think.
