Where to find an amp?

So I've not been very active lately, but I recently decided I'd like to get a nice little mobile amp, I was thinking one of those RM Italy amps. Something that will do 100 watts or so. No big deal right? Well I have been looking and the only place I seem to be able to get one is off ebay and from china. Am I missing something? Is this the only place to find them? Help me out.

OK, so right after I wrote the first post I see this sponsor add for 88 Radio. So that answers my first question. Now I have two more questions. First has anyone dealt with this place, are they a good place to do business with? And can anyone tell me the difference between a RM Italy KL 203P, and the KL 200P?

The 203 is better than the 200 if you intend to use sideband so stay away from the 200. I know because I have one and will clip on sideband. The 203 works great on sideband. Peewee 40 bought one from 88 radio but he never posted a follow up. I believe it takes about 3 to 4 weeks shipping though so If you order one ask them to provide tracking maybe pay extra for expedited shipping. Free shipping is good but it's always sent via on the backs of turtles.

The best way to find out is to send them an email. I personally haven't heard anything about that sponsor so a couple of emails may give you an opinion. You might look at the other sponsors too, email them, they usually have more than just whats on their website. The item may cost a little more but the store is in the states so international shipping isn't involved.
