Ideas? Raising antenna height on 14 Freightliner

Any ideas on how I could raise my current antenna on my '14 Freightliner Cascadia?
I like my current antenna, and get good range most times, but it sometimes seems to lack compared to my old setup. My former truck had mirror brackets on top and bottom and put the tip of my antenna at around 13' from the ground.
Because of the mirror bracket on the Cascadia, I'm only about 10-11' (hhaven't actually measured).

A few times I've noticed that I'll be talking to someone and everythingis fine while tthey're coming up from behind and passing me. Then once they pass me and get maybe 1/2 -3/4 mile in front with anothet truck between us, I lose them for a bit. Then, as they pull away, I pick them back up.

You could try one of this type of mounts, put it on the door lip, it will get it a lot higher, it would need to be one with a large footprint so as it would not bend the lip or fly off. No the RS isn't Radio Shack, this one is made by "Comet".

Maybe snap a pic of the door/mirror so we can see what we have to work with.

Use the current mirror mount, remove the antenna stud, install a piece of SS round stock into the hole and put another mount on top of it and remount the antenna on top on a bird perch. if you're where using the Shakers Coax you will need to run a new feed line and you will also need to reset the SWR's.

Can't get a pic to post. On a 14 Cascadia, there is no visible antenna. It is built into the roof. So, I have one of the aftermarket c-mounts that use the plastic mirror mounting holes. The mount has a perch on it.

Here's an example of what I have, except I have a 5' fiberglass. Leaned forward at a similar angle due to typical issues of reflection from the door
