Radio Active Radios, I Applaud Mike

I called Mike last night and didnt think I would really get anyone at 730 in the evening. Suprised he answered. I called to order a new Turner RK-56 mic. I want to compare it to the Astatic and do a write up on it.

Well anyway, I am on there for almost an hour with him. He is a very personable guy (most just say nice). This guy works from the butt crack of dawn and stays at his business to make sure things get done. This is what made me pick Radio Active for my all my radio equiptment. Everytime I call back asking about something for my General Lee, the guy helps me 100 times more then what I ask for.

I am fairly new to radio and he is willing to take the time to get me the info I need, to do what I need, and when I need it. You dont find that much more in the fast paced America that we live in. This guy is creating American jobs, living the American dream, and keeping money in America! This to me is just awesome.

I give props to Mike, the guy has a family and yet he puts in the long hours to get the customer squared away. He also gave me an awesome price, shipped! It just doesnt stop over there.

Call Mike and see the difference, this is how customer service should be. HAHA I feel like one of those tax comercials "I have People, now. I let my people take care of it"(Mike).

I may be a good ole' boy from West Virginia, but they dont let dumb people into the Air Force to fly their planes!!! Take my word for it and check out Mike!

Yup yup... always a great experience ordering stuff, and you get treated the same whether you order a complete outfit for 1000+ or a mic for $40... and the fact that he takes the time to get you the right thing. No matter how much he makes.

Not sure Im really that great, but sure do apprecaite it alot. This weeks been really hectic, and Ive not gotten somethings done as fast as others. But Im trying really hard to get things done. This time of year is crazy, and tons of products from the factorys are out, distributors are running out, I had two seperate shipments from two different companies get lost in transist, but we're still alive and kicking!
