well i got my new radio on Friday, and put it in Saturday. low side keys 5 watts swings to 80, high side keys of 20 watts and swings to 85 watts. i was talking to the chicken man, the Carolina's very well, heard Texas, Michigan, Indiana, new jersey, new york, Maine, Rhoda island, and some one from Georgia, but couldn't t get anything back from them. it was my first time shooting skip and was very much fun!!!!!!!!

That's great the radio works...but you make it sound like you wouldn't be able to work skip without this kind of radio. A stock CB radio with SSB can work skip.
